What we do

Our clients look for expert advice and solutions for a host of different commercial issues, which we divide into six key practice areas: Corporate; Finance; Capital Markets; Real Estate; Litigation & Dispute Resolution and Risk Management; and Tax, Pensions & Employment.

Here are a few recent examples of our high profile work. In June 2016, we advised on the sale of Americana, the largest restaurant chain in the Middle East. In July 2016, we advised EDF Energies Nouvelles on a major investment in wind energy in China. In the same month, we also helped Airbus Group to finalise its joint venture with Safran.
